[ITAKI] leaves I-RED

After more than five months, Intaki Chartered Administration decided that ITAKI should leave the I-RED alliance. This decision was taken unilaterally by part of ITAKI's Administration.

Reason behind this decision is, according to the Administration, the disparity between ITAKI's current economic interests and naval capabilities with I-RED's new move towards a Delve occupation.

The measure is already effective and former I-RED's martial rules of conduct are no longer effective among ITAKI ship commanders and all staff. The original ITAKI Rules of Engagement is again applied precisely as it were constituted on June 15, 112, 0000 EVEst.

[ITAKI] joins I-RED

On September 6th, 112, Intaki Chartered administration obtained authorization to join the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive Alliance, I-RED.

It is public knowledge that I-RED is part and helps to administrate a coalition in The Syndicate known as SynCo. The objective of this Syndicate Stability Initiative (SSI) is to increase activity in the Syndicate region and allow traffic of goods and resources to flow. More details can be obtained here.

In our understanding, the stability of the Syndicate region is of great importance for the development of Intaki Home world, as well as the increase in relationship between us and our brothers there. [ITAKI] therefore realizes that helping the SSI project is also an [ITAKI] objective and the corporation is now focused on that task.

Martial rules of conduct are already applied and [ITAKI] rules of engagement are active except that the reds and neutrals list are now specified by I-RED.

[ITAKI] industrial and commerce activities are to be kept and focused either in Intaki home system and The Syndicate.

Rules of Engagement

Intaki Chartered Company [ITAKI] is now more than one month old.
Although it’s a new company recently operating in Intaki, military activities by the company has been considerably expressive if we take into consideration the company's size and age. ITAKI presidency therefore decided to make public its general Rules of Engagement.

ITAKI operates on a similar rule as a "not blue, shoot it" policy, meaning that if you are not an ally of the company or if you don't have any commercial agreement with it, it will be discretionary by any of the company's ship commander or its management to decide if a given vessel will be engaged or not.
It is important to note, still, that the company will not engage in piracy of any form and if a CONCORD rated neutral is attacked by ITAKI, most likely such action will be performed taking into consideration one of each or the two of the following:
1) The Company's commercial interest;
2) Intaki Assembly's interests;

The company management will keep an updated "Red List" of enemies, and those within this list are considered "Kill on Sight" by the company. Many issues may lead to a person, a company or a whole alliance to be included on that list, acts of piracy being the most common. The Company stimulates the attack against "Reds" even if the target is in fact a positive rated security by CONCORD, and the company will help you to repair as many losses as possible as the consequence of attacking a neutral target. All ITAKI commanders are to know that engaging a "Red" hostile is not, by any means, considered as an act of piracy, as the inclusion of anyone on this list necessarily takes into consideration acts of hostility against ITAKI, either military or commercial.

Those Rules of Engagement will be taken into effect starting on June 15, 112, 0000 EVEst.
