Rules of Engagement

Intaki Chartered Company [ITAKI] is now more than one month old.
Although it’s a new company recently operating in Intaki, military activities by the company has been considerably expressive if we take into consideration the company's size and age. ITAKI presidency therefore decided to make public its general Rules of Engagement.

ITAKI operates on a similar rule as a "not blue, shoot it" policy, meaning that if you are not an ally of the company or if you don't have any commercial agreement with it, it will be discretionary by any of the company's ship commander or its management to decide if a given vessel will be engaged or not.
It is important to note, still, that the company will not engage in piracy of any form and if a CONCORD rated neutral is attacked by ITAKI, most likely such action will be performed taking into consideration one of each or the two of the following:
1) The Company's commercial interest;
2) Intaki Assembly's interests;

The company management will keep an updated "Red List" of enemies, and those within this list are considered "Kill on Sight" by the company. Many issues may lead to a person, a company or a whole alliance to be included on that list, acts of piracy being the most common. The Company stimulates the attack against "Reds" even if the target is in fact a positive rated security by CONCORD, and the company will help you to repair as many losses as possible as the consequence of attacking a neutral target. All ITAKI commanders are to know that engaging a "Red" hostile is not, by any means, considered as an act of piracy, as the inclusion of anyone on this list necessarily takes into consideration acts of hostility against ITAKI, either military or commercial.

Those Rules of Engagement will be taken into effect starting on June 15, 112, 0000 EVEst.
